HeadCoach is a programme to develop Emotional Intelligence skills in athletes and coaches. We help them to maximise their performance by taking charge of their emotional experience.

Our mobile app delivers emotional intelligence strategies to players on training days, allowing them to build the mental skills required as preconditions to performance on game day and in life.
Athletes can track and build habits - we utilise Maslows model of needs to highlight behaviours that if developed into habits help people to fulfil their basic needs as well as help them grow.
Finally our app comes with a wellbeing journal to allow athletes to track their wellbeing, daily.
